• 24-Hour Notice: Cancel or reschedule any session at least 24 hours in advance to receive full credit.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable, except for emergencies.
• Missed Sessions: No-shows will be charged in full.
• Refunds: Refunds may be requested in writing. Processing may take 7–10 business days.
