4. Account Registration

To access certain features, you will create an account with accurate, current, and complete information. Safeguard your credentials; you are responsible for any activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Payment and Fees

• Tuition & Pricing: Our rates are transparent and listed on the website.
• Billing Cycle: Charges occur according to the plan you select (session-by-session or subscription).
• Refunds & Cancellations: You may cancel future sessions with at least 24 hours’ notice for a full credit. Late cancellations incur a fee.

6. Intellectual Property

All content—lesson materials, videos, graphics, and software—remains the exclusive property of CET or its licensors. You may access and view materials for your personal, non‑commercial use only. Reproduction, distribution, or derivative works without our express permission is prohibited.

7. User Contributions

You may upload homework, projects, and feedback (“Your Content”). By doing so, you grant CET a perpetual, royalty‑free license to display, distribute, and adapt Your Content solely for educational purposes. You retain ownership of Your Content; we simply amplify your voice.

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Harass, demean, or discriminate against any individual
• Infringe on any intellectual property rights

12. Governing Law
